Who we are
Tadeo DeCastro currently operates MyACA AI personally as an independent health insurance assistance website. MyACA AI is not HealthCare.gov, CMS, a government agency, HealthSherpa, or an insurance carrier.
Information you may provide
The site may collect quote inputs such as ZIP code, county, household size, estimated income, applicant age, gender, tobacco use, pregnancy status, parent or caretaker status, and other coverage information. Contact form information may include name, phone, email, message, selected plan interest, and quote details included in an email draft.
Analytics and cookies
MyACA AI uses Google Analytics 4 with Measurement ID G-XQS5YCQ7E9 to understand site usage and performance. Custom Google Analytics events are designed to exclude quote personally identifiable information such as name, email, phone, DOB, ZIP, exact income, application data, policy IDs, HealthSherpa IDs, and health information.
Third-party services
MyACA AI uses HealthSherpa for county lookup, ACA quoting, and enrollment-session handoff. MyACA AI uses OpenAI API services to power Maria AI. The homepage embeds Google reviews through Elfsight. Loading the widget connects your browser to Elfsight and its delivery services, which receive technical request information such as your IP address and browser information. The widget displays public Google reviews; MyACA AI does not send quote or contact form entries to it through this integration. The site may link to carrier resources, plan documents, provider directories, formularies, HealthSherpa enrollment pages, phone links, email links, and other third-party destinations with their own practices and policies.
Retention, choices, and contact
Information may be retained only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in the policy, legitimate business and operational needs, applicable legal or compliance obligations, and service-provider operations, subject to actual practices.
